About Us

Welcome to a wonderful workplace! We are a team of nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists currently looking for a new nursing assistant to join our team. We have 14 care places where we primarily care for stroke patients, general medicine patients, and orthopedic rehab patients. We place great emphasis on teamwork and take good care of our new employees.

Your Responsibilities

You will work in a team with a nurse and a nursing assistant. Together, you will plan and structure the daily work and distribute tasks.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone with an approved education as a nursing assistant. In addition to your grades as a nursing assistant, you need a certificate of your professional qualification as a nursing assistant from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate showing that you were permanently employed as a nursing assistant on 1/7 2023.

Knowledge of the Swedish language equivalent to C1 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. We prefer that you have previous experience in inpatient care, but other experience can also be an asset. We have high demands for good collaboration skills as we work in teams; you should also be service-oriented and have an empathetic ability as the patient is always at the center. You will receive four weeks of introduction with a mentor, and some skills development is planned upon your start.

We place great importance on personal qualities, especially that you are flexible, self-driven, and proactive.
